We left Norfolk the next day and headed south, over the Queen Elizabeth Bridge.
We visited my in-laws that afternoon, then headed to the Airbnb that we had booked for a couple of days at High Hurstwood, Sussex.
The next morning we headed to Brighton for a wander around. We walked in the Royal Pavilion Gardens.
Then had a look in the shops around The Lanes at the pastries,
rubber ducks
and chocolate sculptures.
Of course there was a visit to YAK.
We then left Brighton and headed to Great Dixter to see the gardens.
On the way back to the Airbnb we stopped at Bodiam Castle.
The next day we planned at trip to Charleston Farmhouse, which I will post about separately.
